5. Original Artworks and Prints Purchases

– Original Artworks: Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Once purchased, ownership of the artwork is transferred to the buyer upon full payment, and it will be shipped to the address provided.

– Prints:Our prints are high-quality reproductions of original artworks. They are available in various sizes and formats as specified on the product pages. Prints are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Ginger Muse

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship artworks and prints to Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Ginger Muse is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Prints: All prints are custom made, and therefore, they are not refundable or exchangeable. If your print or the frame of your print has been damaged in transit, please visit our Get in Touch page and leave a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box or tube.

Original Artworks: Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. If your original artwork or its frame has been damaged in transit, please head to the Get in Touch page and leave a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the artwork. We will request photos of the damages, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the original artwork in its original box or tube.

All artworks, including originals and prints, are protected by copyright laws. Ginger Muse (Thalia Botsari) retains all intellectual property rights to the artworks. Purchasing a piece does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly stated.
